This is an agree to disagree blog site. I'm pretty sure we will not be able to change the opinion of the other authors, but we will have the opportunity to "fine tune" our political arguments to go after the weak undecided with our back and forth banter and opinion. The only rule is, no personal attacks...be nice to the person, but brutally honest about the idea.

Who's more like Britney?
In a recent ad McCain compares Obama to Britney and Paris in an essentially substance free attempt to what exactly? I'm not sure.
You'd think that Obama was the one who was a national figure before he held any political office, had a TV movie about his life, made cameo appearances in 24 and Wedding Crashers, and hosted Saturday Night Live.
The McCain folks are defending the celebrity attack by saying that celebrity isn't bad but Obama is a celebrity without substance. Okay, fine, then focus on his lack of substance rather than his celebrity. We have serious issues to deal with, and McCain is talking about Spears and Hilton.
They are focusing on his lack of substance by comparing him to Britney and Paris. Both of them are celebrities because they are famous, not for any substance.

McCain scrubbed a statement of his celebrity from his website.
