As much as I'd love to agree with you, then I feel I'd be forced to agree that taking my shoes off to get through airport security is a good idea. You really can't expect the masses to compensate for the crazy individuals. I know you're not suggesting that though.
I'm not suggesting censorship or anything.
And I think it's more likely than not that this would have happened with out the help of right-wingers in the media.
But I do wish that the Hannitys and Coulters would tone it down a little. At best, their hate coarsens political debate. At worst, it is an incitement to violence.
